As a Technical Sales Associate at Aptitive, you will work independently, with our management team, and with our customers on a daily basis.

Research and uncover fast-growing companies open to exploring Aptitive’s services

Lead Generation: Phone, e-mail, and in-person touchpoints with prospects to present Aptitive services and qualify interest and fit

Lead Nurturing: Consistent follow-up with prospects until they schedule an appointment

Collaborate with our technology partners on joint opportunities and marketing initiatives

Closing: Collaborate with Aptitive management team to understand client opportunities, propose, and close new project work

Communicating with executive team on new opportunities and lead generation strategies. Help shape go-to-market strategies and service offerings

Account relationship management: Strengthen relationships with existing clients and uncover and penetrate opportunities outside of our existing project work

Contribute to and help execute marketing initiatives – collateral development, networking functions, etc.

Candidates must meet the following requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business
  • Experience with Outlook & Excel
  • Experience with CRM tools such as SFDC and/or Microsoft CRM
  • Established LinkedIn profile for research, lead generation and social selling


  • 1-3 years lead generation, email marketing and inside sales.
  • Consulting, professional services, or related experience are strongly preferred
  • Interest in all things tech (Data Warehousing, Analytics, Predictive Analytics, Custom Applications, IoT, Machine Learning, etc).
