Job Summary

Aptitive is looking for a full-time marketing communications coordinator to work closely with the head of marketing. Together, they will support our growing practices and verticals through hands-on execution of marketing strategies. This person should have proven writing skills, as well as the ability to work both collaboratively and independently, a keen eye for detail, and strong interpersonal skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Referring to a content calendar aligned with practice, vertical, and tech partner interests, contribute to content brainstorms with the head of marketing and other stakeholders.
  • Write, design, and publish search-engine optimized (SEO) blog posts, case studies, web content, eBooks, and more.
  • Distribute and promote content internally and externally, via email, social media, etc.
  • Manage the content library to ensure content is easily found by the team.
  • Coordinate and execute internal and external events, including webinars, conferences, trade shows, technology user groups, and more.
  • Assist with additional design work as needed (e.g., social media graphics, ad graphics, branded items).
  • Assist with reporting and analytics to track marketing success.

Our Ideal Candidate


  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in consulting or professional services
  • Proven ability to write compelling copy for a target audience through long-form, short-form, social, and other types of content
  • General understanding of SEO and the ability to write search-engine optimized content
  • Experience working on projects with both internal and external team members (e.g., developing and executing on webinar creation, managing conference attendance, creating co-branded case studies)
  • Experience using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe suite)
  • Experience using other marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot, WordPress)
  • Ability to write basic HTML (preferred)
