Aptitive is looking for a full-time experienced Marketing Content and Campaign Manager to work closely with the Head of Marketing to build and execute content strategies and marketing campaigns to support our growing practices and verticals.

This person must have the right balance of marketing strategy, technical aptitude, a proven ability to write compelling content, and experience with integrated campaigns that include; content, social media, SEO, events, digital display, and more.

What You’ll Do

Content Marketing: This person will own the content marketing process from collaborative ideation through execution and promotion. This will include:

  • Collaborating with the Head of Marketing, verticals, and practices to develop a content strategy that aligns with our messaging, goals, partners, buyer personas, and campaigns
  • Developing a content calendar that aligns with content strategy and represents a healthy mix of our practices, verticals, partners, and new initiatives
  • Writing and editing search engine optimized (SEO) blogs, case studies, web content, eBooks, marketing communications, and more
  • Optimizing existing content by crosslinking to related content and external sources
  • Distributing and promoting existing content to the team and relevant tech partners
  • Managing the content library to ensure it’s easily found by the team

Campaign Management: The campaign management aspect of this role will build on the content marketing aspect by developing integrated campaigns to get the content in front of buyers at various stages in the buyer journey. This will include:

  • Collaborating with the Head of Marketing to develop campaign topics that align with messaging, goals, partners, buyer personas, and available content
  • Determining channels for outreach and promotion
  • Executing and managing channels, timelines, and budget
  • Monitoring the success and ROI of individual channels and campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 5-10 years of marketing experience. Preferably in the consulting or professional services
  • Proven ability to write compelling copy and tell a story to a target audience through long-form, short-form, social, and other types of content. (Writing samples and examples are a big plus)
  • Experience understanding and communicating with technically minded experts. Can turn their knowledge into content that speaks to business and technical audiences
  • Successful management of integrated campaigns from concept to reporting results
  • Has a general understanding of SEO and the ability to write search optimized content
  • Experience in a small team environment
  • Can be productive independently and in a team environment
  • Fun and enjoyable to work with
  • Authorized to work in the United States
