The Challenge

Our client needed a support team to further the work done by Aptitive teams to develop three critical reporting applications: (1) JDE 9.1 data warehouse, (2) Cognos TM1 financial planning application, and (3) a custom point-of-sale application.

The Solution

During this support phase, our teams generated documentation and training materials to allow users full control of their final deliverables. During the engagement, Aptitive generated a comprehensive data dictionary, created standard operation procedures, and led a variety of training sessions for the support teams.
